I was asked to obtain a bid from legend. The lady that answers phone for service reported me to my boss for calling 3 times in 3 days after she said she’d call me when she heard from plumber. How rude!! They said I was rude. I was not rude, unless following up is rude. Then legend whined like little girls because I didn’t have them install a heater. Boo hooo Really?? I truly recommend not using these babies.

As a small gym, we are probally one of the smaller clients Legend Companies has but I have never felt that from any one at the company. During a recent water leak, they had someone out quickly to make sure we were able to get the water turned off. Mark also worked with the manufacturer to get the part replaced under warranty. Highly recommend!!
