As a small gym, we are probally one of the smaller clients Legend Companies has but I have never felt that from any one at the company. During a recent water leak, they had someone out quickly to make sure we were able to get the water turned off. Mark also worked with the manufacturer to get the part replaced under warranty. Highly recommend!!
I worked with Logan. Their 24/7 service was much appreciated and speed to get the water leak under control was something I haven't experienced. They were professional & quick. They took great care in documenting the issue that caused our water leak. This made it much easier to work with our insurance company. I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude to the staff for their speed and professionalism.
Quick unload. Had to back out though. Too much stuff in the way to turn around with a spread axle.
