Decently sized apartments for a good price and all units have a balcony. Um, that's it for the good stuff. Shared laundry facility in the basement with a rechargeable card machine located somewhere...dunno could never find it. There is a pool, but it's tiny and the managers will send you passive aggressive warnings about leaving stuff out. The managers basically complain about everything a person could do in these apartments and will send you notice to vacate letters if you don't subscribe to their silly code.
