as a resident, i can tell you that unless you like your rent going up more than 50 dollars every time you renew your lease, this is not the place for you. they claim to have security, but as i have a dog and sometimes am out as late as midnite for her to potty, i can honestly say, i have never seen anyone out that late . there is one resident who likes to drive off the street to his apt with his car radio blaring.. I would never tell people to live in any. To live and a property this company manages they're properties are run down and poor they are not professional nor do they go by the rules they really do not care about the residents don't rent there
