I took my mother for her appointment today at 4pm and it's now 5:52p.m. She is finally getting to see the doctor after almost 2 hours? What a waste of time. The office is outdated, with both the furniture and the office systems. When I inquired if they had any emergencies I was given a half-hearted, "No, he's been taking patients all day." No reason for the delay, nothing. We will not be back.

A couple of years ago they lost my prescription after having an eye exam and I wasn’t able to order contacts until I had a new eye exam. They claimed that it was happening a lot with the gentleman, who I believe was named Tim and he was no longer with the company. I received a text from them today and have been meaning to schedule an eye appointment somewhere. For my own convenience, I called them to schedule an appointment since I’ve gone there before. Take care Yes Dr. Legarreta (both of them) are beyond wonderful. They pulled me in for multiple appointments when I was having an emergency, even on a Saturday morning for minor Sx to remove an obstruction. They called to see how I was doing the following day (on a Sunday). They do not try to upsell products. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needed a reliable ophthalmologist.
