Terrible organization. They have continually spammed me attempting to get my business after I sent something to the USPTO. They email me. They text me. They don't allow me to unsubscribe. DO NOT TRUST this organization, they are hot garbage and a waste of a business entity. Also, pretty sure cold calling and emailing and not allowing folks to opt out is illegal...
Good companies earn profit, yet great companies earn reputation from clients. Apparently, this is a GREAT company in IP industry. Recommended!

Used Legal Hoop to file a trademark few things to keep in mind they only reply by email. When they filed my application they used my home address so if some one searches my trademark they know where I live, most attorneys use the attorneys office, not the clients home address. Overall service was OK but but not like using a real attorney who can answer your questions and provide critical feedback that will help in the decision making when trying to get a mark registered. I used their service to apply for a trademark. They provided me a direct hit search for my mark. I think it's kinda cool. So far so good.

They're following illegal practices of sending unsolicited SMS to USPTO filers. If they don't know that it's illegal or if they knowingly do illegal things, how can you possibly trust them with anything law related?
