We were down in Atl for the FabTech Expo Show and we went to eat at Legal Sea Foods & me & the group of people I was with got stuck on their elevator. The signs that say "10 Person Capacity" are no bigger than like 14pt font, they are small, & you can't even see them! It took the people 20+ minutes to get us out and they had no sympathy for us whatsoever! I think legal has improved the chowder recently to include more clams. Enjoyed the seafood casserole which was very filling. I do think most of the menu is overpriced by at least 10-15%. Still, I know that I will enjoy a good albeit expensive meal. $140 for 2 teens and 2 adults including tip for lunch today. No alcohol..
we had our 36th anniversary dinner at Legal Sea food Atlanta and it was wonderful! crab soup and clam chowder started us off on the delicious path to dinner. Crab cakes, grilled shrimp, wood fired tuna and swordfish were all fabulous. Service was a little slow but waitress was attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back !
I was very disappointed with this place. I received my food 45 minutes after ordering it. It the luke warm, the oyster had more breading than meat and it was gritty. Not to mention NO ONE checked on me at all. This is just my experience there, needless to say I will not be going back or referring it to anyone.

Was there today for the 1st & last time.This was horrible!!! I love seafood and don't mind paying for what I receive! They should have paid me for having to eat & receive the punishment we were served, It began with a sorry server who didn't introduce herself. She took forever to bring our drinks... the appetizer's- Calamari and the Mussels were cold. I sent the mussels back to be re-heated. Next, my entree looked like a kid's meal.
