Avoid this agency if you can. If you are a law firm or in-house counsel, there are many many staffing agencies out there who will supply quality candidates without all the drama. All they care about is their cut. They made me mail the NDA to the firm myself when it was supposed to be their job. I worked on a project for a whole month with them without getting paid and only got paid after countless calls and emails. I have dealt with both Miana and Joanna at LPI. Both are nasty, downright rude, and absolutely dishonest. While I was on a contract position, they bullied a fellow contractor not to go on an interview for a permanent position. The bottom line: awful agency with awful employees. LPI will not work FOR YOU. With so many agencies in DC, NoVA, and MD my advice is to go to ANY OTHER ONE. Ask for Kim White at Adams Martin. She is absolutely wonderful and will work her tail off for you! Legal Placements Inc. is a spam. K. W. ignores people emails and when you show interest in getting a job that isn't for a week, she is a no show. Do not waste your time, find another recruiting firm.
