They did not have all the paperwork ready at closing that should have been signed and the bank has contacted me two additional times for signatures that they want to back date to the closing date which doesn’t seem very professional to me.

So this will be my second time using Legal Land Title. Yes they like to work through their digital website, But they are no strangers to accepting calls when you like human interaction in business. For instance Ashley English is an Amazing Office Admin. She gets the job done, and has great and fast customer service.
