These folks took care of my computer power supply needs quickly and cost effective as well. When I needed to return a power supply, their friendly customer service rep exceeded all my expectations by getting me an RMA in nothing flat. I thought I was going to spend a lot of time on the phone. In less than a minute, an email arrived with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this company and I don't normally hand out praises like this.
They give a quote for out of stock inventory and after made a payment they cancel the order, so now trying to get refund before Thanksgiving after sending several emails with no replay. I hope we got it tomorrow.
I found out I my HP Notebook computer had a non-charging battery. I called these friendly folks at Impact Computers and the friendly CSR got my info over the phone and sent me a new rechargeable battery immediately. In fact, I received the new battery in the mail within 2 days! Wow. . . . that's service with a smile and a nice discount to boot. Great service from a very friendly computer parts company. They've bailed me out more than once. My computer sucks but its nice to know there's a vendor that not only has what I need but they sell it cheap. When I have questions; they answered them. I appreciate that.
