All laptop parts are poorly refurbished. Most untested
Poor attitudes over the phone, borderline abusive.
Took my failing laptop there. Was told that the hard drive was failing but that they could transfer the data over to another laptop. If we bought one of their laptops the transfer was free. So trusted them, bought a used laptop, left the old one and they could not recover anything from the old one. What shiuld have happen was, first make sure that what you arr promising can actually be done. because the whole time there was never a maybe. The entire time, it was a "I will transfer the data".
