Their services started out good where I felt “protected” by the lawyer assigned to me. He sent a formal letter to my landlord (which now has caused retaliatory behavior towards me and they won’t respond to small maintenance requests anymore) Then he just left me high and dry. Doesn’t answer calls or emails and the supervisor there just blew me off with some excuse why he won’t respond. So getting involved with them actually made my situation WORSE with this evil landlord.
