They never return your calls ever I have yet to receive one call from these people. They are a waste of time and taxpayer services. Why would you even advertise your services? If you’re not going to help anyone you’re a waste of space time and money to people that really need your help in this area. You wouldn’t get this review if you responded I’m not the only one that feels this way. I apologize. I had to leave this, but Maybe if you were better on service than just being advertised, I could give a better one.

They suck! I contacted them, filled out intake, etc. They said someone would call back sithin a week to get more detailed info. Nope. 3 weeks later someone emailed me back (because I was consistently calling them because I never heard back)..the email said they are researching my case and would get back to me in a week at the latest. Nope! Wrong again! I called and emailed and left v.m's. Nithing. They completely ignore your messages and only call you back to claim they're reviewing your case, but then make you wait even longer. They only respond when you're practically flooding their voicemail. I definitely RECOMMEND TO KEEP CALLING AND LEAVING VOICEMAIL

Sadly, waited weeks for even a call back. Told me they'd have an answer for me in 4 days... a month ago. Still no answer. It's really sad, they run your time out before your court date, which will screw me over. No suggestions for me, NOTHING. If I wasn't from this country, I'd be at the top of the list. I'm disabled, poor. She did tell me however "it's expensive, but you could try a mediator" REALLY?! SERIOUSLY?!

I've been waiting 2 almost 3 years to get assistance with my divorce. They contacted me several months ago saying I'm on top of the list. I haven't heard from anyone since I've left several messages. This is ridiculous at this point!
