Kathleen Hartle at Legal Aid is a very compassionate and competent Senior Paralegal who has come to my in a time of crisis. She’s helping me fight my landlords who have created long standing dangerous conditions for myself and others. While she nor her colleagues can bring an action against my landlords, she has been successful in communicating back-and-forth with my landlord’s attorney, which has kept them from completely bulldozing me.
