I have been trying to contact these folks since 9/21. In the late afternoon I got a call back from legal aid, they took some information, I informed them that I have a time limit of 20 days. 9/22 I got a call and message from a Judith, who said she was going to call back in the AM the next day, no call back! I have called everyday, the last 2 days 4-5 times a day. They have never gotten back to me. This morning, I got a call from the 888 number and they hung up after two rings. These people are just awful, what is one to do?

I contacted legal aid four times in my life only once have they helped me I'm on disability don't you think I'd get a lawyer if I could afford one y'all will tell me u will call me for certain info but u never do u just send a letter saying u can't help me and y'all count that as a case I've been helped with when you did nothing I'm getting tired of being done this way most of the info you wanted I found I think this is the last year I can file about this you have wasted my time and just upset me
I think they are poor in servicing the underprivileged. All these reviews of people waiting for return phone calls, and delayed service. My friend shared they did same thing to her. Who over see’s county ,not for profit facilities like this?
