I’m going through divorce with an individual that had been abusive in the past and has used the divorce to continue controlling and harassing behavior. I attempted to apply for help for a 4th time today and was told that “if there hasn’t been resent domestic violence, we are not taking on any other cases. Call back after the 1st of the year “. This place is aweful the lady claims she called my boyfriend and myself when really they are just lazy and never called she was very rude we have the conversations recorded they need to learn how to talk to people and be a little more kind....I realize they are here to help us but they wont my boy friend needs to get his daughter out of a really messed up situation and legal aid should help this poor little girl...I hope I don't have to file a formal complaint on them smh.
