Help with an eviction but no attorney showed up and I lost the case I would have won had there been one there!!
Legal Aid does nothing but give advice .I was trying to get my deposit back,took me 3 mo after telling my side of what happen for then to send me advice letter and landlord tenant laws.The law states give landlord forwarding address they have 30 days to send you return deposit or show what they used it for .they never and reason was I didn't pay it law says whoever is on lease gets it
