Lease ends in 2 days. Emailed the office back in April about a mold problem. Maintenance man (Jeff) told us to just spray bleach on it. Problem was never fixed and we ended up paying $2,500 a month to live in an apartment with water coming from under the floor boards.
People are playing loud music. No social distancing. Tenants are leaving their pets unattended at the dog park with no water in 100 degree weather for 4 to 5 hours. No one picks up after their pet anymore. Dog poop everywhere. It’s disgusting. The staff doesn’t care. Would not recommend at all.
Party Central until all hours of the morning. Staff does nothing to stop the loud music and partying. Grounds are a mess. No rules here. Ridiculous..
I have been a resident here for a year and a month. The pool at legado Ranch has been closed since March. Every week has been a new excuse. Chemicals lacking now broken part. Every week you call they promise one more week and it will be fixed. Worst maint around... this is ridiculous.
I DO NOT recommend this place. The staff are HORRIBLE! They do not answer or return phone calls. I've called them 20 times and still keep getting people on a off site location who have never been to taxes. My lock on my door needs to be replaced immediately and I cant get a hold of staff or maintenance man. I went today at 12:30 when they open at 12 and the front office doors were locked. We were there for 7 months. At first it was great , then they started letting anyone move in. The constant young oilfield parties . Then right after the tragic shooting in Odessa a tenant down the hall from us thinks it’s funny to play “shoot” a air soft AK type gun. Apartments said they couldn’t do anything about it even though one night he was standing right outside my door with it. Parking was horrible. Recommendedi moved from out of town over here and i was a little skeptical at first, but they made me feel right at home. very polite and very professional at the same time made me feel like family. even the maintenance man took time out of his day to stop and welcome me here. that’s not it either, they have a pool with tvs and grills here, cornhole, and a dog park. i absolutely love it here.
The staff is super friendly and the property is GORGEOUS!
