Absolutely one of the worst home builders I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I have bought several new builds, and this builder took the least care. One example was while they were building the house, during a walkthrough, we noticed that there was already an ant infestation (even before the insulation and drywall went up). We told them about it and they promised to take care of.
