I went to the service department for a simple oil change. I have been here a few times because it is close to home. The service us usally ok but never outstanding. We'll this time there was a new girl working there. Her name was Laura, I think. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. She greated me with a smile and said she would love to help me. I called and made an appointment Monday, April 20th to have my vehicle serviced (2011 GMC Yukon SLT).
