This place is horrible. The ownership is horrible to the elderly renters. A lot of us have been calling HUD because of the huge crease of rent this year. They (HUD) have never heard of a increase of this amount the owners are placing on the elderly renters. Possibly a lawsuit coming down the line. The owners need to be held accountable for their lack of understanding and support towards the elderly. My name is Becky Woodbury and I've lived at Bristol Village for 5 years. I love the place I live in and the neighbors in both buildings. We are helpful to each other. The manager and maintenance are very kind and caring and listen to us and help us with our problems if we have any. They are also very informative. It means a lot to me living in a place like this.
