Love these people! So glad we switched!!! I even received a personalized letter welcoming my dog Stella (my child)! She was feeling great after her grooming and can’t wait till her check up! Finally I can take my dog home and her not look terrified the entire way home � she loves it here!! Keep up the good work!

I just had a horrible experience at Legacy Veterinary Hospital. I had never been here before but decided to board him there while we were out of town for 5 days. I wanted to keep him at a vet because he had stitches from being neutered and having his do claws removed and my vet doesn't do boarding. While being boarded the vet was going to take a look at him to see if they thought his stitches from the do claws could be removed and if his cone could be taken off. Oh Dr Kelley, where would we be without you?! Best vet in Frisco! What I like about her is she’s not only a bomb ass vet and surgeon, but she keeps it totally real. She has a way of delivering bad news that softens the blow. I followed her to this clinic from another clinic because she’s the best! And all the techs here are great also. Shout out to Cody and Will for your help today!
No!! The last time I took my dog there about 2 years ago was the last time! I took mine in for grooming and they brought out another dog to give to me that looked very close to mine (ha, but a boy and mine’s a girl). I yelled at them about giving me the wrong dog and couldn’t believe that they would mix dogs up in the back. My dog was due shots on that grooming visit and who knows what dog they actually gave shots to?!?! Unacceptable!!!
I could not be more upset with Legacy Vet and will never recommend anyone take their pets here. A few years ago we boarded our dogs (who were clients under Legacy Vet) for a holiday weekend. We looked in on the camera and saw our dog had peed the bed. A few hours later she was still sitting in a puddle. When we picked her up they acknowledged that it happened and that on holidays they operate with a “skeleton crew”. Not acceptable, I pay you good money so give me good service. I am and will forever be grateful for the care and love that was given to my Jake and us. Thank you for the care during his life. Thank you for the care as we made the hardest decision in our lives to date, to allow him to pass the rainbow bridge while I held him.
