When you are quoted a price on something and you ask for the full price. It needs to be as promised. Recently, went to this location for grooming (we followed our groomer to this new location) we were not told complete information and as a result we were overcharged. NO INFORMATION ON WEBSITE! When we questioned the pricing we were rudely challenged, and told to look on the WEBSITE which noting was on it at all no prices, no forms, no services listed......Will be talking to owner. My only regret we are losing our old groomer... read more
