DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! Hampton Apartments: Rockford Monica is very rude and dismissive. Christine and maintenance were great. I have been here over 3 years and just renewed my lease. The staff, Jason, Liz and Selina are wonderful to work with and maintenance is very responsive. It is also a great complex for dogs with a huge dog park, lots of green space and other parks near by. I plan to stay here for many more years.
I have been living here for 13 years. And everything has been great.Jason and his crew have been wonderful. I love the pool and the dog park. the apartments are separate buildings, so it doesn't feel like you're living right next to everybody. It's very quiet.
I am a landlord with them - absolutely terrible at communicating - very condescending vibe when you reach out and try to connect re: anything to do with the property.
