I have been living here for 13 years.And everything has been great.Jason and his crew have been wonderful. I love the pool and the dog park. the apartments are separate buildings, so it doesn't feel like you're living right next to everybody. It's very quiet.
I am a landlord with them - absolutely terrible at communicating - very condescending vibe when you reach out and try to connect re: anything to do with the property.
I wanted to give this rating a three star. Here is the reason about two weeks ago I put in a maintenance request for our refrigerator. Was not working correctly. The office was on top of the request getting a repair service out to look at the refrigerator and the freezer was not staying cold. The repair company came out and told us there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator, just need to make an adjustment to the controls. Sept 11th, 2024, nothing was cold frozen food was thawing. The worse is the racial discrimination especially in Lombard Park 150 Apartments ☹️, as this screenshots shows.
Not a good management company for REGENCY apartments in mishawaka indiana....I needed a new tub and tile. And carpet for three years THERE and never was REPLACED.
