Horrible lack of air conditioning at their Rockford properties. So many units have nonfunctional air-conditioning, that they’ve run out of portable units and, apparently, can’t figure out how to buy more for those suffering in 90° unhealthy temperatures inside their apartments this week. You would think that there weren’t Home Depots and Lowes stores around every corner? These are long-term problems they should’ve addressed years ago. I have been here over 3 years and just renewed my lease. The staff, Jason, Liz and Selina are wonderful to work with and maintenance is very responsive. It is also a great complex for dogs with a huge dog park, lots of green space and other parks near by. I plan to stay here for many more years.

I have been living here for 13 years.And everything has been great.Jason and his crew have been wonderful. I love the pool and the dog park. the apartments are separate buildings, so it doesn't feel like you're living right next to everybody. It's very quiet.

I am a landlord with them - absolutely terrible at communicating - very condescending vibe when you reach out and try to connect re: anything to do with the property.

I wanted to give this rating a three star. Here is the reason about two weeks ago I put in a maintenance request for our refrigerator. Was not working correctly. The office was on top of the request getting a repair service out to look at the refrigerator and the freezer was not staying cold. The repair company came out and told us there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator, just need to make an adjustment to the controls. Sept 11th, 2024, nothing was cold frozen food was thawing.
