The technician came to my house and rung the doorbell and left. He said he checked under my house, but I have camera's and he never entered my back yard. I called and he returned and checked my mother-in-law's quarter which is on a concrete foundation and said that he had already checked my vapor barrier under my house, which I know is not true.
We have been with legacy for 5 years. Service has always been great. The people that work here have always been kind to us. No complaints.
