Very unhappy this evening. We came in and were asked if we wanted to be seated right away and we agreed. After being seated we were told someone would be right with us. Not the case at all in fact a group of three sat down minutes after and after about 8 minutes the waitress went to the other table. We walked and what a shame as we were looking forward to the salad bar. Obviously short staffed.
Our fish wasn't even Luke warm, was very unpleasant. The chicken was mushy, and not crispy at all. Also, what supper club has a chicken special without mashed potatoes and gravy? The attitude that both of the hostesses had towards customers was absolutely ridiculous. Your hostess put up a huge fit over a coupon and was arguing with us about it! Very unprofessional service and we will most likely never return. Thank you!
Waitress was very nice. We had salad, tenderlion, haddock, and pie. All food was excellent! Went late, so got seated right away. Waitress even suggested we check for coupons next time to save some money :)
When we were seated, we waited 5 minutes before a waitress would take our drink order. To make matters worse, two other tables were seated, brought bread and had ordered their food. The food was full of fat (ribeye and prime rib ) that it was not worth the money. The cook put the wrong garnish on so the prime rib tasted of onions. Do not go here. There are better choices.
I loved the food! The atmosphere made our dining experience very enjoyable. I would recommend The Legacy Supper Club to any one!
