I was charged for numerous things with no proof. Sent something to collections while we were still disputing with no final notice. Don’t move here if you care about your money
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Everything was fine living here for 2 years until I moved out over the summer. Legacy charged me 250 dollars, then over $1000 in damages!! All of which were issues my entirety of living there. They charged me for a carpet replacement, which wasn’t new when I got there, then the other half was for couch and loveseat replacement that were easily OVER 10 years old and already ripped. The place is good but the management is not good. It's been 4 months I have left the society but no one has returned the deposit. Every time I call they say same thing over and over again. No actions are taken. The staff who sits usually just smile and say same things again and again they really don't help much to fix things. I hope they return the deposit. If you expect they'll give deposit back you should reconsider your decision to stay here.
Where do I even start…I have been living at Legacy for 4 years now (2 years in their 1x1, 2 years in their 2x2 and renewed for a fifth year). It is simply one of the best living experiences in Tallahassee in every aspect. Pricing is very good, rooms are HUGE, everything is nearby (grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, FSU, etc).
