Would Not Recommend for Students or Anyone Seeking Quality Living Conditions My son lived here because he wanted a one-bedroom apartment close to campus. Unfortunately, his experience was extremely disappointing. He was assigned a ground-level unit that had absolutely no natural light, making it feel dark and uninviting. I don't recommend living here. The managers are rude, it's overpriced for what it should cost, and they charge a ridiculous move-out fee you cannot negotiate. You WILL get nickel-and-dimed to an absurd amount if you sign here. There is also a mold issue across multiple units. Mine also had an outbreak due to negligence so they ran an industrial sized dehumidifier in my apartment 24/7 which they had forgot about until I had to contact a property manager to remove. The staff here is absolutely horrendous, my girlfriend came to drop something off to me and in no more then ten minutes got towed, all of staff did was say oh well even though there are tons of cars parked illegally every day, there are bugs in the apartments that never seem to go away, my fan has been broke since move in and has yet to be fixed. Horrible apartment all around for price wish i could break my lease
