Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. I am writing this review now and deleting my previous review as I feel it is important to tell the truth. THEY PAY RESIDENTS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS. I was given a free pizza for giving legacy a positive review. I lived in this complex for 2 years and experienced tons of problems. 1. About 3 months into my lease, when the upstairs tenant moved in, there was a leak in my kitchen ceiling. I submitted maintenance requests at least 3 times in regards to this issue, and it was never fixed. ... read more
I just moved out of here this past July and when I tell you this place is the most MONEY HUNGRY place I’ve ever lived. Please run for the hills. To start when I first moved in my key didn’t work and I couldn’t move in for an extra day, plus they tried to charge me for the new key. Next, when I bought the parking pass they said they couldn’t get it to me til the day after and I confirmed my car would be safe to park for the night only to come out to find it towed( they approved it) next, and when I had water damage from the a... read more
The rooms are big, so are the bathrooms. The kitchen on the other hand is really small. The real issue with this apartment complex are the charges. Why do utilities cost me over $100 a month, when my rent is already $900???? I pay over $80 in electric bill, HOW? In a 2x2 so the total would be almost $200 for a small apartment, this is so ridiculous. Parking prices went up by $80 from last year, and the garage is dirty, towing is terrible, there are never spots on the first few floors and it is dangerous driving up and down b... read more
My son lived there the past two years. The apartment was nice, but the real reason for me leaving this review is to give HUGE accolades to the manager, Ashley Rollins. Having my son living on his own 1,000 miles away was nerve-wracking to say the least. But time and time again I found that Ashley would be extremely helpful, cooperative, and a "shoulder to lean on". She is very friendly, and very responsive. We need more people like her in this world. I hope that her superiors get to see this, because she is deserving of high... read more
