The rooms are big, so are the bathrooms. The kitchen on the other hand is really small. The real issue with this apartment complex are the charges. Why do utilities cost me over $100 a month, when my rent is already $900???? I pay over $80 in electric bill, HOW? In a 2x2 so the total would be almost $200 for a small apartment, this is so ridiculous. Parking prices went up by $80 from last year, and the garage is dirty, towing is terrible, there are never spots on the first few floors and it is dangerous driving up and down b... read more
My son lived there the past two years. The apartment was nice, but the real reason for me leaving this review is to give HUGE accolades to the manager, Ashley Rollins. Having my son living on his own 1,000 miles away was nerve-wracking to say the least. But time and time again I found that Ashley would be extremely helpful, cooperative, and a "shoulder to lean on". She is very friendly, and very responsive. We need more people like her in this world. I hope that her superiors get to see this, because she is deserving of high... read more

Legacy Student Living is such an inviting and friendly community. The staff puts effort into ensuring that residents are happy and taken care of. In addition to this, the short walk to campus and Publix, Target, etc. made not having a car so much easier. I love spending time by the pool and making the most out of the business center. I've greatly enjoyed my time here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for spacious, affordable housing close to campus.
Great living space, awesome experience as I pursued my degree. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely suggest this location for anyone in need of a living situation!
