Zero star should be the rating. During my last month here. I have had to call the fire department regarding an electrical outlet that recently shorted out. The Wichita police department regarding my safety of a kitchen window screen that was broken away away from the foundation of the building
overall ok. after many years here it is still a value money wise. can't get a better deal on an apt. the staff is friendly. had a problem a few years ago after an assist. was promoted to landlord after a short time working here. she was bad. blamed tennants for her mistakes. but she's gone. thank you legacy for all you've done for me.
