Jaz was amazing. I received a reference from a neighborhood page. He came out within a couple of days, did a quick fix to stop the leak, and did a thorough inspection. He sent me photos of all the hail damage and then walked me through the insurance process. It took about 3 months to get everything done due to the insurance company. Jaz was great throughout. We recently used Legacy Roofing after noticing damage from a recent storm, and the whole experience was honestly great from start to finish. They came out quickly to inspect everything and used a drone to take detailed pictures of the roof damage (see pictures), which was really helpful because they were able to show us exactly what the damage looked like instead of just trying to explain it. Dylan promptly came out and accessed the problem and explained the issues. He scheduled his crew for repairs. As scheduled, he and his crew arrived timely and performed all repairs.
