POOR COMMUNICATION....waited 3 months to get a job done and have been given every excuse possible. First they blamed the guy that was in charge of all my insurance project, stating he let me slip thru the cracks. Beyond terrible customer service and communication with the home owner. They initially came for an inspection and helped get a claim started and got an estimate to my insurance company in a timely fashion. After that, several weeks passed with very slow or no communication at all from them with both phone calls and e-mails. It is pretty sad that you take advantage of those during desperate times. Our friends roof was blown off during a storm and like an angel out of the sky, you arrive and claim you will tarp it for free. No strings attached. When my friends decide to use a other company to have the roof repaired, based on several reasons, including insurance, you send them a bill for 7,000. What a joke. I will never recommend your company to anyone.

So you get great media for helping out after a tornado hit southwest champaign. This was for placing tarps on a roof so the family’s contents were saved.... You advertised this as a free service helping out the community in a time of need. Then......months later you send them a $7000 bill for your “services” You are a complete and total fraud that capitalized on people in their time of need. No one should be doing business with you!
Bree, Tyler, and the roofing crew at our house have been exceptional! Bree has gone above and beyond to help us overcome every possible issue with our insurance and roof replacement.
