Took over two weeks from start to finish. They were working on other jobs in between, so couldn't work my job. They pushed to have their employees come and work on a holiday. The work was very 80% and the lead said you can't expect a cut finish. Damage caused by the work they did was either not their fault, or I was told it was like that before, which it wasn't. We recently had our roof replaced with Legacy Roofing and we did not have a good experience with the company. The sales person first came out and bid way below other companies. When he came out for the second time, the bid was increased to reflect the extra OSB decking needed. In the end, they charged us $1000 more than the final bid, after giving us an $500 discount. What frustrated us was: 1) we were told that even if they had to charge more on the wood, it would only be 5 or 6 more sheets than what’s priced in (27 sheets)... read more
