Cookie cutter homes, built with cheap materials and cheap laborers. I personally witnessed young kids no older then 12 painting my house. Not to mention the other million issues I and numerous neighbors have. Don’t build with Fischer.
Empty lots are a great place to take your kids to look at rocks, plants, and gravel piles. The neighborhood is filling in fast and looks like it will be quite attractive when its all done

Fischer recently needlessly uprooted and toppled all the beautiful tall trees that lines along Tylersville Rd that the Legacy Ridge development touches. These trees would've been great sound and privacy barriers, not to mention preserve the looks and value of the community. Instead, Fischer simply destroyed a part of the most beautiful drives in West Chester senselessly. Fischer corporate headquarters deserve to be torn down for the destruction and degradation their building process is bringing to the communities it invades.... read more
