Huge red flag about Firewater Management and the "office" at Lagacy Ridge is unclear terms/unclear or no communication. Now unprofessional interactions make sure to only email when communicating with this office. Anything said verbally is out the window. They don't care about their tenants. Consistent talking to the wall vibes on trying to get anything done since Firewater took over, not including maintenance tho. Great neighbors, peaceful abode, competent management!
This place is not good for people of color the landlord is disrespectful and rude. She doesn’t honor her own lease agreement at all and somehow and some way she has rid her complex of people of color completely. I strongly suggest you look for somewhere better to live if you are of color. Some residents there have there confederate flags out and well you get it. This place is not a safe space for people of color at all
Currently living here and calling this my home.I have resided here for about 12 yrs.The apartments are comfortable and well maintained and the grounds kept up as well. Safety is important for my family and i feel secure.We live in a nice neighborhood. I couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Restaurants, groceries, entertainment are all very close.The owner and complex manager Sherri Lapp is ALWAYS helpful and informative.She makes it a priority to take care of maintenance requests as quickly as she can.
