Two employees knocked on our door even though we have two "No Solicitation" signs prominently displayed. Said no thank you, and pointed out the sign, but they just continued trying to solicit a roof inspection/repairs. Pretty disrespectful and entitled.
Crew was clean and respectful of my property. They moved things on the ground that might get debris that may hit them. No loud music, very little talking or yelling while working. Just the noise of working.
Had two Whirlybirds installed on the roof and the attic fan removed. The technicians were very professional and provided a quick and thorough service. The Whirlybirds match the current shingles and the replacement shingles also matched. Very happy with Legacy Roofing. Anyone that needs roof work done make Legacy your first, and only, phonecall!!
Justin started by saying that today would be his first two solar tube installations. Then he and his co-worker could not complete the job because they were short four extensions. Neither solar tube has been completely installed. Also, Justin was not aware he should bring tan paint with him to coat any exposed metal on the roof approximately the same color as the roof tiles. I had made two requests by phone to put this requirement of our HOA in writing for the installer.
Tyler King was great! Very personable and willing to do what needs to be done and done right. His knowledge is a great asset to the company. I would highly recommend him!
