Shelly is the best. She has helped us on our selling and buying journey every step of the way. She came to our home when we were first thinking of selling. Gary and Shelly were so helpful to us as first time buyers and again when we were selling. We accepted an offer the day after we listed the house. Both Gary and Shelly were always quick to get back with us, answered all of our questions, and provided great input and advice. The buying and selling process was one that was super intimidating to us, but one that was made easy with the help of the Niemeiers. Highly recommend Legacy for any buying/selling needs!!

We had trouble selling our home. We had used multiple realtors and had several offers and even a contract that fell through 2 weeks before closing. My neighbor recommended Legacy and I gave Shelly Niemeyer a call. She is fabulous.
