If i could review lower, I would. This review is of Jeff Sims the realtor. He is representing a seller/house that has foundation compromised with water and proof of that. (report from basement specialists) Along with supporting the seller in the non-action of fixing the problem, yet wiling to cover up the problem by caulking the problem.
