Habitability issues have persisted since Nov 3: electrical outlets hanging out of wall, water linking out of water meter in basement, Faulty locks, stored items in furnished furniture, deck falling off, fence collapsing into property, drain flies due to low water pressure, no CO2 Detector at furnace. This landlord stole rental assistance from the Covid 19 emergency rental assistance program and a single mom. He also told me during the height of Covid that he was paying tenants to leave, which is illegal and immoral. Real winner this guy is , and he’s a liar after reading his responses to his critics on here , in the Process of reporting him to the Philadelphia fair housing commission bc he stole federal funding. Hopefully they will rectify the severity of his actions.

Legacy is a very good property management organization. The staff are very friendly, attentive & dedicated to serving tenants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Legacy was especially helpful with maintenance & cost effective improvements when we were struggling to re-open after sustaining big losses.
