This landlord stole rental assistance from the Covid 19 emergency rental assistance program and a single mom. He also told me during the height of Covid that he was paying tenants to leave, which is illegal and immoral. Real winner this guy is , and he’s a liar after reading his responses to his critics on here , in the Process of reporting him to the Philadelphia fair housing commission bc he stole federal funding. Hopefully they will rectify the severity of his actions.

Legacy is a very good property management organization. The staff are very friendly, attentive & dedicated to serving tenants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Legacy was especially helpful with maintenance & cost effective improvements when we were struggling to re-open after sustaining big losses.
