Carren and Jennifer helped us both buy and sell a home, and honestly, they couldn’t be better to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and walked us through everything. They gave great advice but also listened to our ideas and never made us feel pushed in any direction. They know the market, they know how to get a home sold, and they get things done—but they’re also just genuinely nice people to have around. I really enjoyed working with them, I’d happily work with them again in a heartbeat.

I've used Jennifer and Carren to purchase my house 11 years ago.and throughout the process it was a fun exciting adventure. OMG, These professional women are the best! We'd been in contact with them for the right time to sell an investment property with "protected tenants" and held by 4 different family members. It also needed lots of work. They gave us their opinion being respectful that it was our decision to make with regards to selling and doing repairs/updates.
