Never again will I rent from Legacy, they are the worst experience I’ve ever had in renting and the experience was bad enough I had to lawyer up. The staff from top to bottom do not know how to run a business on top of they do NOT care about their tenants only the money they get from them. Stay far away from this rental company both as an investor and a renter! By far the worst rental experience I've ever had renting in Sioux falls from them. They lie, steal your deposit, and when caught in their shady behavior they simply throw their attorney at you. I dealt with everyone from my local apartment manager Katelyn Fox, to the vice president Daren Ketcham and finally resorted to the president Norman Drake. My experience with Legacy Property Management is a series of mixed reviews both positive and negative. – Mostly negative. Their on ground management (Katelyn) Fox always tried to do a good job and was very patient and understanding with the complaints I would make during my 14 month stay. – I could tell very quickly that her hands were tied by the upper management and ownership from doing her job correctly and to the standards in which her residents would have appreciated and needed. 1st – The neighbors are mostly young pers... read more
