Stay far away from this rental company both as an investor and a renter! By far the worst rental experience I've ever had renting in Sioux falls from them. They lie, steal your deposit, and when caught in their shady behavior they simply throw their attorney at you. I dealt with everyone from my local apartment manager Katelyn Fox, to the vice president Daren Ketcham and finally resorted to the president Norman Drake. My experience with Legacy Property Management is a series of mixed reviews both positive and negative. – Mostly negative.
