The maintenance team is awesome especially I think his name is Mitchell or Matthew it says Matthew on his jacket my family has been living here at 8324 SE RHINE ST in SE Portland since 2019 its been blissful for the most part. I put in a maintenance request just yesterday and Matthew came out today. He's always been friendly to my family and me for years.
