I was so hopeful about finally finding a place that provided individualized care! Please 🙏 do your research! I unfortunately cannot recommend this facility. From the beginning not being greeted politely but with a “you have a bill, ready to pay it?” I had a 0730 appt, doors locked, receptionist saw me and continued to sit at desk. Irrelevant labs drawn, poor communication, mismanaged diagnosis, and unnecessary medications prescribed.
Benji was incredible and we had an amazing first experience at Legacy.
Everyone is so kind and generous with their time and support. You really feel heard as a patient.
If you are coming to get bloodwork done don’t expect your results to be posted until you go to your follow up appointment 2 weeks after they have your bloodwork results in. When you ask them to post your results they won’t. They’ll just tell you to wait until your next follow up appointment and that’s even if you’re able to get ahold of them.
