Terrible pool service and poor business management. I replaced a pool filter motor and was told it came with a 1 year warranty. When I asked for the warranty I was told there was no paper trail and the verbal agreement is what was guaranteed: Sorry if you wanna charge an extra $200 for a part warranty you better provide the paper work with no hassle. The owner refused to agree that this wasn’t protocol in his 30 years of business.sorry i tried to delete thid becuase its another pool company named legacy owned by BoB.

We hired JD (Legacy Pools) in 2014 to design and install a swimming pool in a new construction home. He was attentive and professional. We even called him recently for some repairs after 9 years and he was just as reliable and responsive! I would recommend him to anyone interested in installing or repairing a pool.
