Grateful Duncan and Gregg did a great job fixing an ac leak above me that was leaking into my apartment they came fast and fixed the issue immediately I’m very thankful and grateful

TERRIBLE. The water coming from all the pipes has been smelling like rotten eggs/sulfur for over a month, & they still haven't fixed it. After every shower, we still smell like rotten eggs. Brush your teeth, wash your hands, clean your dishes. Doesn't matter. ALL OF IT SMELLS ROTTEN. For over a month they have not fixed this. This is the second time in the past year. Last time, they took a long time to fix it after many people complained. This time? They haven't even acknowledged it. DON'T MOVE HERE!
The team here is amazing! So attentive and responsive! Reiney, Debbie and Ody in the office are wonderful to work with! Maintenance team is wonderful and deserve a shoutout, Greg, Dunkin, Gerardo and Emma are so wonderful. The best experience I’ve had since renting!
