I had SI joint issues starting with my first pregnancy, after delivery, and then again after my second baby. The pain was unbearable. I couldn't get out of bed by myself at times, tie my shoes, walk without pain. It was depressing and I felt like I would never feel better, until I started weekly sessions with Brooke. She taught me exercises I could do to strengthen my deep abdominals, and how to breathe correctly when bearing weight. It. Was. Life. Changing. Now I know what to do to help prevent the pain, and how to fix the ... read more
Visiting with Brooke at Legacy Physical Therapy has changed the way I work out and view my internal health. I love Legacy PT! Brooke is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked away with tons of information and actionable next steps. The entire staff is welcoming and goes out of their way to follow up to make sure you're well taken care of. It was eye opening to learn many of the things I did (even about my own body) and continue to learn more and more with each visit. Highly recommend!
Brooke is fantastic! I saw her postpartum and cannot speak highly enough of her patience and support. I would not be where I am today without her help. Any new mom or not so new mom should absolutely work with Brooke to get things back on track. Thank you so much Brooke!
Every post pardon woman should see Brooke!! She is amazing
Excellence Extraordinaire!! Brooke has taught me to walk again (hip replacement) and she has the patience of a saint even though I do not. She is extremely knowledgeable and good at her profession. I highly recommend her. I hope I never have to use her services again but, if I do ever have to have physical therapy again this is the only place I will even consider going!! Even if I had no insurance and had to pay the full amount out of pocket I would still choose her every day of the week and twice on Sunday!!
