After seeing multiple doctors, including one who told me my excruciating pain was all in my head, I found Brooke. She and her staff made me feel seen and hopeful. Once treatment started, I drove nearly 2 hours each way to see her, and it was WELL worth my time. She helped relieve my pelvic pain as well as taught me ways to care for myself at home. I have so much gratitude and respect for her and her team. Thank you!!!

Just wanted to say that this place is AWESOME! I love Brooke and all the therapists here! They really take their time and are very thorough and really get your body to where you need it to be. Plus you feel loved from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! Best pelvic floor therapy hands down!!

Before going to Legacy Therapy, I had been dealing with lower back pain for almost seven years. In just a few visits, I was no longer experiencing daily back pain. I am now able to do so many things I wasn’t able to due to the pain I was experiencing. Brooke did an amazing job creating a plan “just right” for me! If you are experiencing lower back pain, don’t hesitate, I wish I would have known about Legacy sooner! Thanks Brooke for all you have done to help me strengthen my core and reduce the daily pain I was struggling wi... read more

Brooke has helped me so much and I will be forever grateful! I was diagnosed with VV over 20 years ago, and after working with her for several months, I have the lowest pain levels since my diagnosis! She is kind, makes you feel comfortable, and is extremely knowledgeable about this condition. The other staff members are also wonderful and the office environment is a relaxed one. I will not hesitate to recommend her to others!

My nurse practitioner referred me to Brooke for two issues I was having. I had no idea the one issue could be fixed! I had suffered with pain for the past six years. Now I am thrilled to say I am virtually pain-free! I loved working with Brooke, who was patient, compassionate, and always asked "what other questions do you have?" No subject or question was off limits. She was extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is excellent, and I told Brooke more than once I loved her office - it was so clean and aromatic! I highly recommend ... read more

I’ve been in to see Brooke twice in the past few years. The first was because of hip and knee pain. I would have never guessed that there would have been a trigger point in my pelvic floor causing this pain. She was very professional and effective. I had the same pain after a recent surgery, and after two visits and her prescribed stretching, it has resolved. I’m so happy to be functioning normally in my work again, thanks to her.

I had my first appointment yesterday. Brooke was so knowledgeable and welcoming. The whole staff was just wonderful. I left with a lot more knowledge and exercises to help with my issues. I will definitely be recommending them.
