I'm rating this place 3 stars due to my kid having OT and PT back in 2022 and the fact that he had great improvement during that time. Then they just never called us back with a new schedule after school started, even when he needed more OT sessions. They never answer the phone, and it's hard to reach them even via email. I know things got tighter after the pandemic. It's just not ok to let people hanging...
Since there is no 0 stars :I was referred here for my son in March. We have never been seen, horrible customer care, they don't answer the phone, never return calls canceled my referral due to a missing document that they NEVER gave directly to me. When I tracked it down and fixed it they said they would reinstate my referral.....and put me back on the "Wait list" never happened.....very poorly done. I finally asked my doctor to refer me elsewhere.....I have lost almost a year trying to get my son care.
