Parked there for less than 30 mins on a Saturday. I guess they charge 25 on weekends but I shouldn't be learning that from another review. I entered and saw the interval prices on the board and decided to park. Scanned the code to set up to pay and after trying to pick a time or reduce the price, i figured the 25 was a hold to be adjusted after I left because it was ticketless and they just read your plate. Never wouldve parked there otherwise but I guess I agreed to it...

Wow… parking garages have become really advanced. It’s quite expensive, but I booked through the SpotHero app and paid $10.83. For the same time without the app, it could easily cost $40+. The entry is a bit tricky. The ramp goes round and round up to the 5th floor, and you really have to concentrate while driving — otherwise you might scrape the wall. I recently parked at Legacy Parking Company and had a frustrating experience. First, the pricing felt very expensive for what you get. The entrance is extremely narrow, curvy, and tight, which made driving in pretty stressful—I had to be extra careful the entire time. You guys are a SCAM DO NOT PARK THERE. I went to silverspot cinema to watch a movie for one hour and 30 minutes and they charged me 16.99 then 26.99 and then 9. 99 dollars. That building shouldn’t have changed the company. What supposed to be a good experience ended up with this unpleasant moment

i park here for work i was late due to the staff not letting this person leave the police had to come and it was a scandal the garage was held up so i couldn’t even go to my parking spot. that’s not the end of it i pay monthly and i can’t even cancel ive called corporate as soon as they were open and no one was in the office i left a message and eventually called a hour and a half later and still no response you can’t cancel on the website and the app says i’m not registered yet im getting monthly invoices on that same email... read more
