What's going on with the quality of the parking lots in this area? Do you want to treat your customers well, or are you only interested in the money and giving bad experiences to the people who pay your salaries? How unpleasant. They advertise one price at the entrance and then charge you another. The staff treats you like you owe them money. Everything is so poorly done... AND THIS IS IN BRICKELL... I feel so sorry for everyone involved in this experience.
I reserved a parking spot on SpotHero. I knew I was going to be late, so I tried to extend my reservation, but it kept failing! I was not able to extend even I started to try 20 mins ahead of the time. Finally I left the garage with 30 mins overtime and was charged $25!

Worst parking lot ever. I have two issues 1. I asked the security lady who worked there how much the parking was . She said $20 flat rate .. she even said you can enter now and stay until 7am tomorrow and it will be $20 flat rate. Then I only stayed exactly 2 hours and when I paid it was $25 for 2 hours .
