Don’t park here!!! It will take HOURS!!!! To get out when there is an event. And if you don’t pay with the exact amount of cash, they just print out some kind of ticket??? No change

If I could give 0 stars I could. I parked at Legacy in Downtown Miami next to Cafe bastille thinking it would be a great place to park my car… however things took a turn for the worse. I parked my car on the fourth floor, I saw that the fourth floor staircase was my closest exit and went downstairs. As I descended each floor got more sketchy, with shards of broken glass and dilapidated stairs. The stairwell looked abandoned, I thought to myself that I should get out of here as quick as possible. Awful garage, never park there. Recently attended an annaul concert and parked here without knowing what would come. Hundreds of cars including the one I traveled in, stuck in this garage for 2 hours or so and they refused to let us out. The police had to be called after multiples attempts for help and they finally let us out. Only good thing was that we didn't have to pay so FREE parking due to their greediness and lack of problem solving!

Th worst parking garage ever! If you’re going to an event or concert don’t park here you will be stuck in the garage for hours!!! Their payment system is the worst!
