I reserved a parking spot on SpotHero. I knew I was going to be late, so I tried to extend my reservation, but it kept failing! I was not able to extend even I started to try 20 mins ahead of the time. Finally I left the garage with 30 mins overtime and was charged $25!

Worst parking lot ever. I have two issues 1. I asked the security lady who worked there how much the parking was . She said $20 flat rate .. she even said you can enter now and stay until 7am tomorrow and it will be $20 flat rate. Then I only stayed exactly 2 hours and when I paid it was $25 for 2 hours . Don’t park here!!! It will take HOURS!!!! To get out when there is an event. And if you don’t pay with the exact amount of cash, they just print out some kind of ticket??? No change
