I chose my moving date, and the staff was very comforting and up front, anything that I had issues with upon the move in was taken care of on the spot.
I am assuming this is response to the broken vertical blinds to the balcony. Several of them are very brittle, a couple of them cracked and chipped. One was replaced, but a few more are damaged, or being secured with Scotch Tape. I am still waiting for carpet repair/replacement so that I can get the bedroom situated.
Maintenance issues are handled so quickly. Thank you!
