I have been living at legacy park for over 2 years now and I can say with a fact that the community is great it is usually nice and quiet however, most things are handled swiftly. However my poor review is due to a very serious issue that continues to go unaddressed. For the past 2 months the upstairs neighbors have been loud constantly. And I don’t mean loud just during the day time. Almost everyday around 2am-5am they are stomping, jumping, and just generally moving around way too much. I've lived at Legacy Park Apartments for 6 months, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The community events hosted by Apartment Life are a great touch. They do a wonderful job of bringing residents together through fun, well-organized gatherings that create a real sense of community. It’s been so nice living here! I love that it’s close to a gas station and all the places that we need to go to without being in a super busy road (like US 36) and that it’s a quiet community. If we ever had any maintenance requests, they would solve it promptly :)
