Apartment was okay. Community was fine. The apartment flooded on move in day due to maintenance not checking a drain hose on the washer. We had to be the ones to clean it up. Dryer didn't work properly for the entirety of the lease and maintenance didn't do anything to actually fix it. Took two days to dry a T-shirt and a pair of shorts and maintenance said we just need to run lighter loads. Excellent customer care, beautiful, clean apartments and a very nice neighborhood!!!
Management has been very unorganized with doing recent renovations. They gave little notice and made tenants move their own furniture.
We have nothing but praise for our experience at Legacy. Starting with the outstanding office staff like Kim who handle our showing and the paperwork. We moved from our home of 21 years to a 2 bedroom apartment and we had wants and wishes and the girls handle them all. I was surprised with their friendliness and expediency in all they did since it has been 50 years since the last time I lived in an apartment and everything is a lot different, and that is because of the excellent people that work here.
