Ha sido en el mejor lugar donde he vivido en todos los años que llevo en EEUU. Es un lugar seguro, tranquilo, agradable y el personal de mantenimiento es muy atento, sus lugares comunes son super agradables.. Y que decir de los apartamentos, son super espaciosos, limpios, con mucha luz... Amo a las niñas de la asociación, imposible que puedan ser mas amables, atentas, resuelven los problemas de inmediato.... Estoy encantada de vivir en Legacy Palm Gardens
If you move you will experience the loud banging of the garbage trucks at 545am-615am then the noise of the gardeners at 8am to 1130am. My car was vandalized twice over night! Get a camera they love entering your apt when u ain't there. You can't drink beer poolside. In 2024 the 5th of May fell on a Sunday, I went to pay the rent on Monday May 6th at 10am and the property manager expected a $150 late fee lol. Amén 🙏🏽 I left to Aventura
