So I have been trying to get an auto insurance quote since November 18th (yes that long) AND I currently have home owners insurance through them which makes me wonder how much they care to KEEP current customers. All information required was given November 18th, second call was done on December 30th, still no quote. I will most likely take my business elsewhere. Thank yourselves for losing a customer.

Mason has been so awesome! Anytime I have a question I text it to him and he answers so fast! He has helped my family with quotes at 10:30pm!!!
Mason was friendly, prompt, and incredibly helpful. He used my preferred method of communication as well as came in with a quote that was well under what I was expecting and that included lowering our deductible from $1,000 to $500! Mason was also able to find us an affordable renters insurance policy that didn't have exclusions for our dogs which are considered aggressive breeds (pitbull and rot/chow mix). I would definitely recommend giving them a call and seeing what they can do for you.
Having an understanding of the product they sell and not lieing through their teeth and skirting the truth.
