Zach/Legacy Northwest is very detail and customer service oriented. Roof cleaning is a serious piece of listing homes as a realtor. I appreciate his work immensely. It is not just cosmetic but that is certainly part of it. But if a roof is in poor shape it can distress an entire home. He protects the shrubbery surrounding a home and then cleans up. This company delivers! Our association had a very dirty roof with seagulls nesting and dropping shells (& etc.) all over. From the first call to get a quote to the actual work and cleanup, Zach made good on all promises with an excellent attitude as a bonus. He did a complete and more than satisfactory job & left the grounds clean after a very dirty job! Our condo association is very pleased with Legacy Northwest & will be calling on them again in the future. Well done Zach!

Zach was very responsive when scheduling and was quick to fit us in. He did a great job cleaning our gutters and even went above and beyond to fix up a gutter that had been damaged so that it would drain better. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future. Thanks Zach!
